We humans can be such fickle creatures.

One moment, we're excited to gather with our loved ones during the year-end holidays.

Then, they might say or do something that rubs you the wrong way.

And your mind starts toggling between, "They love me, they love me not..."

​Add in the topsy-turvy and on-edge year that 2025 has been for many of us...

Before you know it, you're in a downward emotional spiral.

So much for the "happy" in Happy Holidays.
