Hi Reader, My LinkedIn feed's been getting weirder. Before I chose to return to music, and before becoming a life purpose coach, I used to work in some fast-paced industries. LinkedIn itself was growing fast back then, so many of my initial connections were coworkers, or clients, from those industries. These days, that fast pace of change has become what feels like warp speed. And whenever I open my LinkedIn app, I either see a post from someone who's been laid off, or is switching jobs, or has pivoted to a brand new profession or country. Shock, relief, anxiety, excitement...all the roller-coaster emotions that accompany these abrupt changes are on full display. Part of me thought we'd left this work chaos behind in the pandemic. Silly me. Turns out, the work world seems determined to keep us on our toes. So, what's a decent human being to do? Jump on bandwagons like AI or data science? Start a side hustle, or go all in on being your own boss? Or...ride the waves of work change wherever you are right now? There's no one-size-fits-all answer. Each of us is on a unique work path, to enable survival or to embrace self-discovery. Our personalities tell us what's sensible, while our souls nudge us about what's true. As a coach, I've been honored to help many people reconcile the chatter of their personality with the desire of their soul. The end result? Warm words like these: It would be my honor to help you, too. Cuz...if it's a work jungle for you out there, let's spend time sharpening your custom machete, to cut through all that unhelpful undergrowth. Rock on, Reader ✌️ PS: In a few days, I'll share more about how we can co-design your next work move. Watch this space! Want help to bring more peace into your world?
