Hi Reader,

It isn't always easy to connect the dots.

Since my last email to you, I've been down a rabbit hole of discovery.

It's probably happened to you before.

You do a quick search on YouTube for Thing #1.

Then the algorithm serves up Thing #2, which you hadn't known about or thought of.

3 hours later, you ask yourself, "Whoa, where did the time go?"

If you're lucky, what you learned in the rabbit hole becomes valuable in life or work.

Otherwise, that was 3 hours of...something. 🤷‍♀️

Thankfully, my recent rabbit hole of discovery was valuable.

I reconnected with a body of spiritual knowledge that, back in 2017, was weird and hard to understand.

But, like the scientist that I am, I experimented with some of its ideas, and applied them to my everyday life.

First consciously, then somewhat absentmindedly.

And when I revisited that knowledge in the last couple of weeks, my jaw dropped in astonishment.

The results of those everyday life experiments? They helped to explain those (initially) weird and hard to understand parts.

That's the thing about mystical knowledge.

It has a funny way of proving itself over time.

And in my case, it also helped me return to a social media platform I'd ghosted for years.

LinkedIn.

I joined LinkedIn pretty soon after it got off the ground.

Back then, it was all about the resumes and the recommendations.

The more professional and corporate you were, the better.

In the last few years, my work as a musician and life purpose coach felt out of place on LinkedIn.

So I stayed off the platform.

Until this week.

Going down that rabbit hole of (re)discovery was the final piece of validation I'd needed, that the work I do now is grounded, and true.

Which makes it easier to talk about all of it, in all sorts of places.

Even on corporate-y platforms like LinkedIn. 🙌

May your next rabbit hole of discovery be just as fruitful. 💪

Rock on, Reader ✌️

PS: 2025 is ending in a few weeks. What has this year been like for you? I'd love to know, and help you start 2026 on a lighter and brighter note. Feel free to hit "reply" and send me your reflections. I read every message. ✨
